Corrections and Questions
Tainan changes under a guide's feet. Chihkan Tower has had one tower under renovation in some visitor reports, so a page describing the full site can mislead someone standing at the gate. Anping Tree House opens 8:30 to 17:30 daily with full admission around NT$70, and Chihkan Tower runs 8:30 to 21:30 with tickets sold until 21:00 and full admission around NT$50, but gate prices and bundled combos shift, and the notice at the counter governs when they do. Mango season in Yujing is weather-dependent: Irwin mangoes typically peak from around May or June into July or August, with Keitt and other varieties extending later, and festival dates are announced season by season rather than set in stone. Tour listings move too. Durations, pickup terms and what a day actually includes get revised by operators, and a sentence written last quarter can be quietly wrong by the time you book. That is where you come in. A useful correction tells us three things: what you saw, where you saw it, and when. "The tree house was selling a different combo ticket on a Tuesday in March" can be checked against a source. "Prices seem wrong" cannot. If a temple hall was shut for restoration when you walked past, name the temple and the month. If a listing's stated duration no longer matches what the operator runs, say which tour. We would rather correct a page the same week than defend a stale sentence for a year, and notes that arrive with a place and a date get acted on fastest.
Getting in Touch
The desk behind this site is small and unnamed by design. There is no byline because there is no single author claiming credit: pages are written, checked and revised as editorial work, and the voice you read belongs to the desk, not to a persona invented for marketing. The practical route is the contact email given on this page. Everything that arrives there gets read, and a note with a specific correction usually draws a reply within a few days, though longer stretches happen when a claim needs checking against what the city or an operator publishes. What we can do with a message is limited and honest. We can verify a price or an opening hour against the source, fix a sentence that has gone stale, and credit the correction on the page if you would like the mention. What we cannot do is rebook a tour, chase a refund, or intervene with an operator on your behalf. Those requests belong on the live booking page where the reservation was made, and the sooner they go there the better. If you write, name the page you are writing about and, where it applies, the date you saw the thing you are reporting. That is all we need to start.
How to Contact This Site
One thing to save you time: this site does not sell tickets, take bookings, or hold a reservation of any kind. It cannot change a date, issue a refund, or answer for an operator. If you have booked an experience and need to alter or cancel it, the confirmation email from the company you booked with is the only place that can help.
